A pleasant stay in Patna
The pool area is lovely. The rooms are decent - comfortable.
The only TV channels were Hindi news. Overall the location is a bit odd not much to walk around.

Good value. Great hospitality. Great rooms. Food and restaurant service could be improved
The hotel is great and is like an oasis in an otherwise very busy area. The check in was a little slow though. But the hospitality of the staff was great. Very good value for money.
The food could have been better. I had peaked into the kitchen on the 8th floor (it was open actually and so easily seen) and I thought the kitchen could have been cleaner. The restaurant staff needs more training though. Lots of helpers milling about but the food is slow and haphazard. Service into the swimming pool area - only about 15 metres away - was not allowed and I had to cajole them to serve a simple cup of tea there. So yes this is an area for improvement

The location and the brand name attracted, but it was not according to my expectations
Fungi over table, chair etc. The hotel is not as it was 4 years before. Poor towel, untidy and overbleached bed linen and towel

Good well maintained property in Patna that need to improve on it’s food options.
Clean and spacious rooms. Good staff who are ready to help at any time.
Food choices a bit limited and a tad overpriced. There were 3 weddings at the hotel at the time I stayed there so if you want a bit of peace might not be the best choice.
